This week has gone so fast!! Oxford was so much fun. I got lots of pics and had a blast. I went to Blenheim Palace on Wednesday, which was so gorgeous. It's the birthplace of Winston Churchill. Will get some pics up later this week for you all to see. I got the next two days off so I am going to go down to Bath which will be fun. I might even manage to see Stonehenge while I am down that way.
I apologise for my lack of writing but once I have my laptop running on the net I will use it more frequent!!

I'm sorry, I have been slightly slack at updating. I have just been working this week. Went to a chilli themed party last night at one of the pub's regulars house. Crazy night, I had to work previous so had a lot of catching up to do later on in the night!! I did stay away from the tequila and Tobasco shots though. I'm not stupid! We have our first Aunt Sally game on Thursday night. Aunt Sally is a Oxfordshire pub game where you have 8 sticks, bout the size of a rolling pin and you have to underarm throw it at a Dolly, which is a white ball thing about 30 yards away. It is crazy, I think it is just an excuse to drink while you are playing. We have to go to away games as well, to other pubs in the area.
Nat (who i stayed with in London) came to Sulgrave yesterday, since it is a Bank Holiday weekend and we catched up which was fun.
I am off to Oxford tomorrow to have a look around. Heard there is good shopping there....
Getting used to the instant coffee instead of my beloved espresso. Maybe I'll find a good one in Oxford.

Well, nothing very exciting is happening today. I have gone off on an adventure to Banbury, about 10 minutes drive away. It's actually not that exciting. it's a city (I think) with about 200,000 people living here and I think it's claim to fame is their Kraft factory and also the Banbury cross. There is a rhyme for the Banbury cross. The regulars at the pub are really cool, there is about 15-20 people who caome in just about every day for a pint. I keep on saying, that'll be 3 dollars instead of 3 pounds, but most just laugh. Seriously missing my daily good coffee. I just had the most horrible coffee ever at Gloria Jeans, and that is one of the better places for coffee here!! I might have to open up a Coffeesmiths soon!!! Anyways.. back to the pub to chill.... xxx

I have left the craziness of london and now in a small village called Sulgrave. It's about 10 minutes by train to Oxford. I have got work in a pub/restaurant called The Star at Sulgrave. (see the pic). I am actually here on my own after only two and a half days of work!! It's a super quiet town, population is only about 1500 people and most of them are the aging generation (shall we say..) but it is a very affluent community. So I am just going to stick it out here for a while until I get bored!!

Happy Anzac Day!!.... It's only 7.30 am here so I've just woken up, i know for most of you the day is nearly over... I'm off to Banbury in Oxfordshire today.. Pretty much got a job out there!! I'll let you all know how it turns out. Love you all long time. xoxoxo

I have had the busiest day!!! I spent almost 7 hours on the Big Bus Tour... Saw all the good bits of London, went into the Tower of London.. saw the crown jewels (although I am kinda dubious if they were the real deal..). then went around buckingham palace, it was raining, didn't want to get off the bus!! another time. Went into Madame Tussauds, it was crazy. I thought it was kinda stupid to start with but as it kept going, it got really cool. Also saw Marble Arch, St Pauls Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Parliament Buildings, and so much more!!!  Then Patti (Nat's friend) took me out for a drink tonight to a cool pub in Soho. (Very exciting!!) Also had a flat white at Flat White. little slice of home, was fun. Found out the Black Seeds are coming to London in June. might have to go!!! 

London baby!!!  I am in England... Today I'm just chillin out at Nat's coz I am seriously jet lagged. I went to bed this morning at about 8 and managed to get up just after 4!! But I am still going to go back to bed early!! I've got a big day tomorrow.

I doubt I'll stay in London. Even after only being here for one day, It is just full of people and noise. I think I am destined for a smaller city. Hopefully I can find a spot this week. :-)
